Shipping – You
will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returns and
exchanges of items. All return shipping costs are non-refundable. Depending on
where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you
All returns are to be returned using a trackable shipping service. We cannot offer a refund for parcels that have no tracking number.
The Real Food Pantry Ships Nationally IN Australia ONLY
For all orders nationally will be charged a flat rate shipping fee using Australia Post.If your order fits in any of our Packs, It Posts, packaging sizes (Small, Medium, Large or Extra Large) and weighs less than 5kg, we’ll post it to anywhere within Australia for a flat postage rate, based on size.
- Small $8.95 Express Post is 11.95 (All subject to weight)
- Medium $12.20
- Large $15.35
- Extra Large $18.50
Shipping times, we cannot guarantee as this as it is out of our control. Please note Remote/Regional Australian areas can take longer for delivery.
Insurance is not included with Standard Shipping. Please contact us if you would like this option and we can arrange this for you. We take no responsibility for uninsured items or non tracking items

Please note that we have no control over delivery times, so we can only give approx.
Wholesale Customers - We use interparcel as it is the quickest and most economical postage cost available and comes with tracking and a signature on delivery is required. You will be advised of the shipping charges and invoiced accordingly
Returns - Due to the nature of our products, all sales are final. We do not issue refunds or accept goods in return.
If there is an issue with your order, such as the wrong product or size sent, please let us know within five (5) days of receiving your product and we will correct this for you.
If the 5 day period passes, then unfortunately we will not be able to correct this for you. To be eligible for a replacement you need to email pictures of the product received via [email protected]
